Breaking: Lagos primary: APC Headquarters disassociates self from results

The National Working Committee (NWC) panel in charge of the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship primary election in Lagos State has said that election has not started in Lagos State.

Members of the panel said they are yet to agree on the style to be adopted for voting.

Sources said that the committee opposed the option A4 mode used in the election, whose results have gone viral on social media.

It was learnt that the committee prefers secret ballot system.

In the results trending online, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, a former commissioner of the state, is leading Akinwunmi Ambode, Governor of the state, by a landslide in the results of the election announced so far.
