BREAKING: Court grant ex-NNPC boss, Andrew Yakubu N300m
Former Group Managing Director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC, Andrew Yakubu, has been granted a N300m bail by an Abuja Federal High Court.
Yakubu was arrested and arraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, after about $9.8 million cash was found in his house in Kaduna.
The trial judge, Justice A. R. Mohammed ordered Yakubu who is facing money laundering charge, to also produce two sureties in the like sum.
