Breaking: Community policing: Southeast govs in meeting with IG

The Southeast governors are in a crucial meeting with the Inspector General of Police, Adamu Muhammed at the Enugu Government house.

It was learnt that the meeting was to address issues bothering on the implementation of the community policing programme of the Nigeria Police Force before the kick-off of the summit.

The summit holding at the Base Event Centre in Enugu metropolis is tagged “Strategic partnership for effective community policing in the southeast geopolitical zone”.

The stakeholders from Ebonyi, Imo, Anambra, Abia and Enugu States have arrived at the Summit Centre waiting for the commencement of the programme.
