Breaking: Buhari arrives INEC headquarters to receive certificate of return
President Muhammadu Buhari, his wife, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo and wife are currently in INEC headquarters, Abuja to receive certificate of return.
Others at the ceremony are; APC National Chairan, Adams Oshiomhole, cabinet members and other party bigwigs.
