[Breaking] APC Rivers primaries: Appeal Court grants stay of execution of judgement
An Appeal Court has granted a stay of execution on the judgement nullifying all Rivers All Progressives Congress (APC) primaries and restraining the Independent Electoral Commission (INEC) from fielding the party for the elections.
