NBC: Biafra Television broadcasting illegally in Nigeria

Is’haq Modibbo Kawu, director-general of National Broadcasting Commission (NBC), says a media station, Biafra Television, is transmitting illegally on Nigeria airwaves. The TV station is purportedly owned by the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB). He made this known on Tuesday while speaking with journalists at an interactive session in Ilorin, Kwara state.
