APC Coordinator Southeast presidency project 2023 warn against ridicule of Presidential Aspirant

The National Coordinator of South-East APC Presidency Project 2023, Chinedu Jideofo-Ogbuagu has advised members of it’s party to desist from ridiculing the personality of Emeka Nwajuba who indicated interest to contest for the 2023 presidential bid on the APC platform.

In a statement made available to journalist the national coordinator said the personality of the individual is not of significant importance as he demonstrated courage of his own conviction to contest.

“Ladies and gentlemen of South-East APC, please do not castigate or ridicule Hon Emeka Nwajuba’s 2023 presidential bid on APC platform.

“Whether he is mature for presidency or not, whether he is stingy or not, whether he is selfish or not, whether he is qualified or not, unlike some persons without balls, Emeka has demonstrated courage of his own conviction.

*Or is it easy for anyone to publicly and unequivocally declare his/her interest in contesting for president of Nigeria?

He however challenged other party members to join in the bid to contest for the presidential position under the umbrella of the party.

“Let those who feel more mature, who feel more generous, who feel selfless, who feel better qualified, etc join the fray.

“At the appointed hour, we shall know who amongst presidential aspirants of South-East extraction on APC platform is most deserving of South-East APC endorsement.

Jideofo-Ogbuagu stressed on the need to resist negative campaign against Emeka or any other South-Easterner who plans to contest for Nigeria’s 2023 presidency on APC platform.
