A Peek Into Gorgeous Golding’s Mind™: Gradual Exhaustion
EPISODE 011
By Gorgeous Golding™
Keep giving your all until you exhaust your all.
You cannot give what you do not have.

Love, energy, kindness, support, patience, and even foolishness are exhaustible if they are not replenished.
Anything that continues requires a source.
Love fades when it is not nurtured.
Kindness diminishes in an environment that constantly rejects it.
Energy dissipates when it is never restored.
Even hatred eventually weakens when it is no longer fueled.
Nothing sustains itself indefinitely without a continuity process.
This realization led me to an interesting observation:
There are two ways people arrive at change.
The first is through an instant decision.
The second is through what I call gradual exhaustion.
An instant decision happens when clarity, discipline, conviction, knowledge, or strength causes you to draw a line and say:
“Enough.”
Gradual exhaustion is different.
Here, you keep investing in something, sometimes knowingly, until you have nothing left to give.
You keep pouring and pouring until the well runs dry.
At that point, whether you want to continue or not becomes irrelevant.
You simply cannot.
And strangely enough, both paths often lead to the same destination.
One gets there through wisdom.
The other gets there through experience.
This is why I do not panic when I see people struggling with pursuits that are clearly unsustainable.
Eventually, exhaustion arrives.
Wrong investments.
Wrong attachments.
Wrong pursuits.
They all consume energy.
And because life functions through energy, force, and momentum, anything that continually drains without replenishing will eventually collapse under its own weight.
So if you find yourself struggling to let go of something you know is unhealthy, do not spend all your energy condemning yourself.
Some lessons are learned through decision.
Others are learned through exhaustion.
Neither is pleasant, but both can teach.
My advice?
Whatever you choose to invest in emotionally, mentally, physically, or spiritually, give it your all.
Life only offers two sides to most experiences.
Success or lesson.
Gain or wisdom.
Either way, you leave with something valuable.
So live.
Experience life.
Do not hold back so tightly that you never discover what lies beyond your fear.
Nobody knows it all.
That strange path you are afraid to walk may lead you to a discovery you never expected.
A milestone.
A treasure.
A new version of yourself.
Live, my darling.
