30 Participants Complete NCDMB, Chelfom Engineering Training On NOGICD
A 5-day training program on Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development (NOGICD) Act Compliance has been concluded in Lagos State with a total of 30 participants.
The highly successful training programme held from December 15 – 19, 2025 was organised by the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) in collaboration with Chelfom Engineering & Construction Company Nigeria Ltd.
The program was to equip participants with a deep understanding of the NOGICD Act and its application in the oil and gas industry. It is expected to enhance the participants’ ability to contribute to the growth and development of the industry.
It covered key aspects of the Act, including compliance requirements, local content development, and regulatory frameworks.
However, at the end of the training, participants were awarded certificates, recognizing their completion of the program.
The training is part of NCDMB’s efforts to promote local content development and ensure compliance with the NOGICD Act in the oil and gas industry.
Meanwhile, the collaboration between NCDMB and Chelfom Engineering & Construction Company Nigeria Ltd demonstrated their commitment to capacity building and human capital development in the oil and gas sector.
