2019: PDP candidate blows hot over vote buying
The governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Bauchi State, Senator Bala Mohammed Kaura has disclosed that his party would no longer tolerate injustice, vote buying and humiliation of his supporters ahead of, and during the 2019 general election.
Senator Kaura made the disclosure yesterday in Bauchi while addressing a reconciliation and harmonization committee of the party.
He said, “2019 general election is a war between the saints and the cheat All Progressives Congress (APC) who have succeeded in deceiving Nigerians for four years. Those working with Buhari they don’t know God they are all evil but we have their medicine in 2019.”
The governorship hopeful stated that, “APC was plotting to use money, INEC, security, youths and other means to rig 2019 election and unleash terror on opposition party. I assured you that we will not allow that to happen.
“We are ready to counter their evil plans, we are ready for fire for fire. you see what they did in the Bauchi South Senatorial bye-election, we are ready to tackle them in 2019. We shall ask our people to collect their money and those sharing the money should also be beaten very well”.
Kaura stated that nothing was working in Bauchi state, lamenting that pensioners, workers are crying every day over inadequate payment of salaries and allowance.
“Our town is dirty, hunger is everywhere, our people are not happy with APC administration. This government has crippled their businesses. That is why we call for revolution in this state”.
