2019 budget hindered by late NASS passage – Buhari
President Muhammadu Buhari has said proper implementation of the 2019 Appropriation Act was hindered by the late passage of the bill by the National Assembly.
He also said the budget was marred by underperformance.
The President said this while presenting the 2020 Appropriation Bill to the National Assembly.
