168 Passengers escape death as Dana Air plane develops strange false alarm approaching runway
Over 168 passengers of Dana Air flight from Lagos to Abuja escaped death on Wednesday, 2 March, 2022 as the plane conveying then to Abuja developed strange faulty sound as the plane was approaching the runway, reports
It was learnt that the plane had been cleared for take off and was taxing towards the runway for take off when a strange sound and alarm sounded.
The passengers raised their voices in frightened voices and they insisted that the plane will not take them to their destination.
They started shouting and banging on the plane exit doors eventually prompting the pilots to return the plane to the tarmac.
The flight was flight 9J359 Dana Air Lagos to Abuja. Its scheduled departure time was 5.55pm while it was supposed to land in Abuja approximately an hour later.
The passengers have been returned to the tarmac and awaiting reaction of the Dana Air management.As at the time of filling in this report at 19.02pm, the passengers are still at the tarmac.
