As NASIEC staff celebrate Wandai’s record second term

The air was filled with joy as Barrister Ayuba Usman Wandai was officially inaugurated for a second term as Chairman of the State Independent Electoral Commission (NASIEC) by His Excellency, Governor Abdullahi Sule.
